Cirerets de Mas Alta: the Priorat wine that pairs with our grill
Discover Cirerets, a Priorat wine made from old-vine Grenache and Carignan on llicorella. At Carbònic we serve it with our grilled meats.

Over 400 references with particular attention to Priorat, Montsant and Catalan appellations. Organic, biodynamic wines and Coravin selection.
Carbònic's wine cellar was born with the same philosophy as the kitchen: prioritise discernment over volume. With over 400 references organised by appellation, our wine list focuses on producers who work with honesty — minimal intervention, expressive terroir, purposeful winemaking.
The Costa Dorada is surrounded by some of the most interesting appellations on the Iberian Peninsula: Priorat, with its slate llicorelles and wines of mineral intensity; Montsant, offering a more accessible expression of the same soils; and Penedès with its diversity of varieties and styles that make it a permanent laboratory. We know them well because we are close to them, visit regularly and follow them continuously.
The Coravin system allows us to offer a by-the-glass selection far beyond the usual, including references that would otherwise only be available by the full bottle. It is our way of democratising access to great wines without compromising the integrity of the product.
In this blog we share what excites us: producers with history, emerging appellations, pairings that work and the thinking behind every bottle on our list.
