From the very first year of Carbònic, private events and groups became an important part of what we do. The Sala Priorat —with capacity for up to 90 guests— and the option of exclusive restaurant hire for up to 150 have hosted company dinners, family celebrations, farewell parties, anniversaries and management meetings looking for something different from the usual hotel room.
What differentiates an event at Carbònic is the same thing that differentiates any visit: focus on the product, attentive service and a setting designed for conversation to flow. The acoustics, the space between tables and the lighting are not accidental: they are designed so that people can hear each other and enjoy the moment.
Group menus start from the same criteria as the à la carte: dry-aged meats on the grill, high-quality fish, seasonal vegetables. There is no generic events menu: there is a starting point that we adapt to the group's needs, dietary requirements and type of celebration.
